Jumu'ah Services in Dunlap, CA

Beginning September 19, 1997, Jumuah services will be held at the Masjid of Squaw Valley Islamic Settlement in Dunlap California. This masjid was established over four years ago and five daily prayers have been held during that time. Our masjid is on 5 acres of land which is waqf lillahi ta'ala and is in a very serene rural setting.

Directions
  • Take highway 180 (Kings Canyon Road) east out of Fresno
  • About 30 miles out of Fresno, turn right on Dunlap Road
  • After about 4 miles, look on left for a sign for 'St. Nicholas Ranch'
  • Go straight up the entry road (don't go in anyone's driveway) for about 1 mile
  • At the entrance to St. Nicholas Ranch, the road will veer to your right up into some trees.
  • You will pass through a broken partial gate across the road.
  • The driveway to the Masjid is on your right just past the first driveway you will see on your left after the broken gate.
  

Squaw Valley Islamic Settlement was established in 1988 in order to pursue healthier alternatives for living as Muslims in this country. We are striving to create a Muslim community firmly based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah and the Aqidah and way of As-Salaf As-Salih (the righteous first generations). It is our hope that this effort will eventually lead to the establishment of an Islamic town and then city - bringing further benefits to the Muslims of this country.
